Active Week – Day 2 Tae Kwan Do

We had so much fun getting fit today learning Tae Kwan Do. We were put through our paces by the highest ranking female who holds a black belt in Tae Kwan Do in Ireland. She taught us kicks and punches and sent us off with an important message: we must always try our best.

And we will try our best tomorrow when on DAY 3 of ACTIVE WEEK we will…you’ll have to wait and see. It’s a surprise!

Active Week – Day 1 YOGA

We began active with yoga led by Ann. She is a yoga teacher who visited our school and taught us new moves and poses. We had to concentrate really hard to keep our balance, stretch and breath. It’s much harder than it looks!
