Today was a very special day for us. Together with the St. Louis Senior School, we remembered the 1916 Easter Rising by raising the Irish flag and singing Amhran na bhFiann. Our singing was accompanied by two children and some teachers from the infant school who played the recorder and flute. Two senior school children did a wonderful job of reading the Proclamation.

It was a really great event and it was lovely to remember the history of our country as a school.
